Die-casting of plastic components
Die-casting of plastic components is performed with injection machines (INJECTION) in special moulds.
For the qualitative production of plastic components, DROMEAS has 7 engines in various sizes of latest technology with full control of all parameters during the injection procedure. Raw materials of plastic components are composed of a wide range of technical characteristics and mechanical properties depending on use of the component and always with first choice the recycling ability for environmental protection.
Die-casting of polyurethane
Die-casting of polyurethane is performed with injection machines (INJECTION) in special moulds. DROMEAS uses die-casted polyurethane for chairs’ upholsteries of high density >50kgr/m3 in order to maintain through time the elasticity and durability of the upholsteries for maximum performance of comfort and pleasure.
With the same die-casting method, in polyurethane department are produced components of semi-rigid polyurethane for chairs’ armrests of various types. Polyurethane department has four die-casting engines in various sizes.
